::: IDS latest Activities

Institute for Development Studies - Palestine is A non-profit academic and research institution that aims for the promotion of sustainable community development and to provide support for national development of Palestine.

IDS has succeeded in fulfilling its objectives of establishing a specialised developmental resource centre and extensive digital library for academic and research purposes, coordinating a pool of qualified development researchers to provide current and unique reports on the Palestinian development process, and initiating its academic studies department. With its team of researchers, expertise in IT, development consultants and volunteers, IDS is strengthening the academic and research network across the globe to promote Palestinian development.

  IDS have launched two online courses specializing in development related topics.

A development talk to discuss “The Palestinian Economic Status in Light of Disengagement”.

IDS is conducting a survey on Palestinian Security Forces performance during the deployment and evacuation of settlers.
